Parking will be free on-street and in municipal parking lots until April 5. Time limits of two hours still apply.

The city has also bumped up waste collection limits to six bags from four and waived the requirement for garbage bag tags until April 5.

Business, taxi, and animal licenses set to expire at the end of March have been extended until May 31.
